“We used to send numerous emails with various links and attachments to various stakeholder project team members,  - and challenge become to find all materials from various emails which made it time consuming and inconvenient for both our team and the customers”.

Q: What size is a typical buying group?  

“On average, a buying group consists of 4-10 members, each with specific needs. Typically, the group includesvarious managers, sales teams and key decision-makers from C-levels.

Without centralized access to materials, the process becomes complicated and inefficient, as each member needs tailored information to make informed decisions.”

Personalized videos are fairly new but effective way to be more personally connected with various stakeholders. After first meeting, enquiry or engagement, I quickly create a room per the case and add personalized video before sharing the room—it only takes a few minutes.”

We want to create more personal approach and convenient information sharing and value add service to all our stakeholders in all the business areas smoothly and conveniently.” 

It’s been a great addition to our workflow when so much work has to be done efficiently across various business areas and numerous stakeholders. Even though we use an external signature tool within the corporation, this integrated feature has made contract signing much more efficient.
